Heads of US, Canada, and Mexico Meet

Obama, Peña Nieto, and Harper meet in Mexico to discuss modernizing NAFTA and increasing trade via agreements with new partners, notably in Asia. Also waiting discussion are labor and environmental matters. How much the meeting can accomplish remains to be seen.
