Latinos Like the United States Despite anti-American Governments
This short documentary by the Council of the Americas shows that Latin America is the most pro-US region in the world. Anti-American rhetoric by Fidel Castro, Hugo Chavez, Rafael Correa, and Evo Morales masks the reality that for variety of reasons–including economic ties, immigration, remittances, American products, and studying in the United States—most Latin Americans have favorable attitudes towards the United States.
