How Socially Inclusive Are the Countries?

Article explores the question of how socially inclusive the Latin American countries are. It measures 15 variables among 11 countries, then ranks the countries. There are some surprising findings. Please note that the referenced Cartagena Summit already took place. The article is based on an Americas Quarterly publication of spring 2013.
