African Naval Cadets Train in Brazil

Brazil is expanding its international relations. Its diplomatic activities and military cooperation with African countries  are especially worth noting. As part of its outreach, cadets from African navies are invited to study at the Naval School in Rio de Janeiro. The courses are in Portuguese, last 4 years, and impart significant technical proficiency. With improved naval capabilities Brazil and its African friends will be better able to patrol the South Atlantic.
