Two Female Presidential Candidates

Chilean Women

In what is a first in Latin America, conservative Evelyn Matthei squares off against socialist and  former president Michelle Bachelet. Both come military backgrounds, their fathers were Chilean Air Force generals; and both have professional and political experience. The election will take place on November 17.
