Scholarship Application Form

Use this form to submit your application to any of the award programs of the Pan American Association of Philadelphia. Go to the Scholarships page to find out more about each award, their requirements, criteria and process.

You are allowed to submit applications to multiple awards, but they must be done in separate applications, one for each award.

Before you start this application make sure you have all the necessary information:

  • Personal statement describing interest in Latin American Studies and career goals, in PDF format
  • Leadership roles you have held, including organization, title, description and dates
  • Employment history, including employer, employment type, number of hours, title, description and dates
  • Current academic transcripts, in PDF format
  • Contact information of two references

Once this application is submitted, your references will receive an email containing the link that must be used to submit their recommendation letters.
